Heart to Home is an alternative to traditional nursing home and assisted living facilities. Unlike large institutional facilities which may house as many as 100 residents, our homes house only 6-7 residents which allows us to focus on caring for each person on an individual basis. We like to refer to our homes as "small sanctuaries" which were purposefully designed to care for our beloved elders who may be experiencing progressive life limiting conditions and/or dementia.
