Heart to Home | Bird Watching

We took an impromptu outing to the Lebanon Hills Park in Eagan for some bird watching.  On the way home we stopped for some tasty caramel ice cream sundaes... Yum yum! 

 

These birds were putting on quite the show for us.  At one point there were four of these large birds all perched in surrounding trees.

Here is a view of the future dining room and gourmet kitchen.

Here is the bedroom suite located in northwest corner of the home.  Most suites feature two windows and all suites have on-suite bathrooms.  The hill in the back will be finished with a beautiful boulder retaining wall.

Here is a view from the dining room looking towards the front door and family room.  The picture window / family room area in the upper right hand corner will feature a beautiful corner fireplace with stone surround.

Hilltop Manor is living up to it's name!  Here it stands, perched upon a hill overlooking the Dodge Nature Center... 

Heart to Home | Sweet... Sweet... Chicks

Kayla brought in her sweet little chicks to visit the residents at Mendota Manor and Mendakota Manor.  The residents loved holding them, feeding them and talking about "farm life".  Such a treat!

We had a great stroll around the pond in the neighborhood at Mendakota Manor.  We've been waiting all year for beautiful weather like this!

Heart to Home | Art Therapy Time!

We worked on painting some funny frogs today.  It is always fun to watch everyone hunker down and remain so focused on their painting.  Painting has such a soothing and calming effect on everyone.  Thank you Misty, RN for all your great work setting up engaging programs every week at Heart to Home!
