We placed a wall directly in front of the front entry way to help discourage resident elopement and have made all bedroom entrances visible from the kitchen which allows Heart to Home staff to safely and effectively monitor residents. These are just some of the many examples of our commitment to safety and design for those with memory care needs.

Memory boards play an integral role at Heart to Home as they help our staff to get to know the residents better and allow us to develop a deep meaningful relationship with our residents.
