Heart to Home | Easter Celebration!

We had a fabulous Easter party at Heart to Home last week!  We had several resident families and staff families over for a wonderful egg hunt at Mendota Manor.

Heart to Home | Como Zoo & Conservatory Outing!

The staff and residents of Heart to Home had a wonderful outing to the Como Zoo and Conservatory this past week.  We enjoyed seeing all of the school children on spring break, the beautiful flowers, gardens, animals and savored the delicious picnic lunch!

The conservatory was absolutely amazing!  The spring gardens looked wonderful.  All of the residents thoroughly enjoyed the outing.
